A neuroscientist, says that changing a small behavior can help protect brain health, despite the possibility that a simple daily habit is harming your memory. Every day, millions of people engage in this habit without realizing how it affects their ability to think. Mindless eating, or eating while distracted, may be accelerating memory loss, particularly in older people over 40.
